CREATIVE CODING - MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT

Program Information

Learn the basics of mobile app development, and take the first step on your journey to becoming an app developer! This course is designed for students who are new to programming, and want to learn how to build mobile apps. You don’t need any programming experience to take this course. If you’ve been using a smartphone to surf the web and chat with friends, then you’re our perfect target student!​

In addition to learning how to code, you will learn how to utilize the features of modern devices (i.e., GPS, camera, speakers, mic, etc.)  as well as to leverage the Internet to expand your app’s capability (i.e., with maps, stock quotes, translators, etc.).  ​

By the end of this workshop, you will have learned how to build a complete app and make it available for download by millions at the App Store.  Are you up to the challenge to define and design the world’s next “killer app?”​
