CREATIVE CODING - ROBOTS AND DRONES
Program Information
Q: What is a robot without code?
A: A (admittedly pretty neat) decoration.
In this course, students will learn to program a variety of robots and drones. In addition to learning how to code, they will learn how to utilize the various motors and sensors that are utilized to control the robot. They will explore a variety of robots (including Ozobots, mBots, and Sphero Bolt) and drones (including MakeBlock Hovercraft, MakeBlock Drone and Tello). No prior programming experience is required to take this course.
By the end of this workshop, you will have learned:
• Visual drag-and-drop programming
• How to control robots using their various motors and sensors
• Structured design and coding skills
